Students and parents are encouraged to contact their instructors and/or mentors as questions related to course content and the online learning environment arise. Instructors, as well as mentors, can be reached via school email and/or phone. This contact information will be given to families prior to the start of the school year. When messages are left, instructors and mentors will return calls to students and/or parents within 24 hours.
