Remote Assistance
Sometimes phone and email support isn't enough. For example, a problem may be difficult for the client to describe, or a solution may have numerous steps and be difficult for a client to follow precisely. In these occasions it becomes useful to use a remote desktop solution. This means that after getting permission from the client the support technician gains temporary remote control of the client's computer. The technician can then resolve issues directly with only minor involvement from the client (for example, Windows Vista often still requires the person sitting in front of the computer to give permission to various individual actions).
If you would like technical support using remote desktop, first call 800-935-6916 ext 101 and setup an appointment, then at the scheduled time click here to go to technical support's "online office".
