Credit is earned when a course is completed. Students may complete courses at any time, and credit is assigned to a student’s transcript once the completion of the course is verified with the instructor. Transcripts may not be officially updated until regular grading periods are completed, and therefore those who require an official transcript before a regular grading period ends, might need to submit a specialrequest to our business office.
