1. Complete the online application for the 2010/2011 school year using the link below

2. Once you have submitted the online application, please download and print the registration packet which will appear on the confirmation page at the end of the online application. The packet will also automatically be sent to the email address you provided in the online application.

   The registration packet consists of 3 forms:
   

   • Application for Student Transfer to Nonresident District
   • Statement of Understanding
   • Release of Records

3. Sign and date the Application for Student Transfer to Nonresident District at the bottom of Section 1. Sign and date the Statement of Understanding and the Release of Records. Please note, all three forms MUST be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Fax or mail the 3 completed registration forms, along with a copy of the student’s birth certificate and immunization records, to our Business Office:

   Our partner school district will obtain the required signature from your resident school district. It is not necessary for you to take the forms to your resident school district.

5. Upon receipt of your completed registration packet in our business office, your student’s application will be reviewed and a determination made to ensure that the program can best serve your student’s needs. This review may take up to 2 weeks for more complex situations. You will receive an email confirmation once your student’s enrollment has been accepted which will include the student’s username and password to access the curriculum.

6. Your student will be assigned a teacher who will contact you prior to the first day of school. Your student’s teacher will help your student log into the Learning Management System as well as provide a brief online orientation session for you and your student.
