Acceptable Use Policy

Every user is individually responsible for ethical and honest conduct, and compliance with all applicable laws in any action associated with Productive Learning Online, its services and systems. The resources provided by Productive Learning Online are to facilitate education and should only be used to further that goal.

Copyright:
Do not retain copies of any file that is not your own original work without permission of the copyright holder.
Do not provide access to any file that is not your own original work to any third party without permission of the copyright holder. 

Harassment:
Respect the privacy of others. Do not share other people's personal or contact information without their permission and the permission of their legal guardian. 
Do not harrass or intimidate.
Act in a responsible, respectful, and productive manner when resolving conflict, communicating, and working daily within the guidelines of the program.

Language & Images:
Do not use vulgar, obscene, abusive or demeaning language, writing, pictures, signs or acts in written or oral communications, including email, discussion board, virtual classroom, student websites, or in photographs. 
Do not post content from or links to suggestive, lewd or otherwise inappropriate websites.

Passwords & Security:
Do not share your username or password.
Do not use a username or password that is not your own. 
Do not attempt to bypass security protocols on servers or end user computers. 

Technology:
Do not use or share software illegally. 
Students should never be asked to go anywhere on the internet that is unsafe.
